Job Description
As our Web Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing and maintaining our website. You’ll help bring our vision to life by ensuring the platform is user-friendly, visually stunning, and equipped with innovative features like AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include: 🛠️ Website Development: Build, maintain, and optimize our website (built on Wix) to create a seamless user experience.
🎨 Design Collaboration: Work with our design team to implement a sleek, modern UX/UI that appeals to Gen Z, millennials, and global users.
📈 Feature Implementation: Develop and integrate new features, including AI tools, to improve the home-search experience.
🔍 Performance Optimization: Ensure the website runs smoothly by fixing bugs, improving loading speeds, and optimizing for SEO.
🌐 Cross-Browser Testing: Ensure compatibility and functionality across different browsers and devices.
📊 Analytics Integration: Set up tools to track user behavior and website performance.
💡 Innovative Thinking: Contribute creative ideas to enhance the website and make it stand out in the real estate space.
Qualifications
Proven experience in web development (experience with Wix, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript required 💻).
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design 📱.
Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and website performance optimization.
Experience integrating third-party tools and APIs (AI tool integration experience is a big plus 🤖).
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail 🧐.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
Passion for Japanese culture, real estate, and creating user-centered platforms 🌸.
