This property was used until 2022.

A family lived in the house, but they moved away and it is now vacant.

The building was constructed in 1970 and expanded in 1979 and 1995.

There was a leak around 2021 and it was repaired.

We use city gas, but our water heater broke so we discarded it.

It was damaged in the Chuetsu earthquake in 2004, and the interior wallpaper remains torn.

There is one parking space.

The house is adjacent to a city road, so a snowplow comes in the winter, but the roof needs to be cleared of snow about twice a year.

The soul has been removed from the Buddhist altar and a memorial service has been held, so I think we will move it out.

Other than that I would like to leave it as is.

There are some messy rooms on the second floor, but we would like to leave them as they are.

This is a property that I inherited from my father and that has been vacant for nearly 40 years.
It is about a 15-minute walk from Toyono Station, and the site is spacious and surrounded by greenery in a tranquil location.

I would like to sell it together with the adjacent forest.
Both the main house and the annex are quite old and in need of repair.
