As a Real Estate Agent Intern, you’ll work alongside our team to research, manage, and assist with property listings, client inquiries, and transaction coordination. This internship is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in real estate, international business, or property consulting with a focus on Japan’s unique housing market. We’re looking for a Real Estate Agent Intern to gain hands-on experience in the Japanese property market while helping clients navigate the world of akiya. Real Estate Support & Market Research 🔍 Research available akiya properties across Japan and update our listings. 📈 Track market trends and provide insights into the demand for abandoned homes. 📚 Learn about Japanese real estate laws and the property purchasing process for foreigners. 🌏 Assist with buyer resources, including step-by-step guides and FAQs. Client Assistance & Liaison Work 🤝 Assist clients with inquiries about properties, areas, and purchase processes. 📅 Schedule and coordinate property viewings with local agents and sellers. 📝 Help manage communication between international buyers and Japanese real estate professionals. 💡 Provide insights on financing and renovation options for potential buyers. Property & Content Development 📸 Assist with property descriptions and visual content to showcase listings. 🏡 Work on special projects that highlight unique akiya homes and success stories. 📢 Contribute to social media and blog posts related to Japanese real estate.

Interest in real estate, property management, or urban planning (experience is a plus!). Strong communication skills in English (Japanese proficiency is a bonus 🇯🇵). Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about Japan’s property market. Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM tools, and research databases. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines. Passion for Japanese culture, architecture, and rural revitalization.
