Job Description
As our Marketing Coordinator Intern, you’ll support our marketing efforts to bring our brand vision to life. This role is perfect for someone creative, organized, and eager to learn about Japanese real estate and digital marketing. Your tasks will include: 📖 Content Creation: Assist in creating blog posts, social media captions, newsletters, and website updates to promote akiya properties and our services.
Key Responsibilities
📱 Social Media Management: Help manage our social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to messages, and engaging with our community.
🔍 Market Research: Research real estate trends and akiya properties to inspire campaigns and content.
🎯 Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to attract new audiences.
📊 Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of marketing efforts and suggest ways to improve.
Qualifications
A passion for storytelling, Japanese culture, and real estate 🗾.
Strong writing and editing skills in English (Japanese proficiency is a plus 💬).
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn).
Creative thinking and a willingness to bring new ideas to the table 🌟.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines 🕒.
Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus 🎨.
Interest in marketing, communications, or related fields (enrolled students are welcome 🎓).
