Job Description
To enhance our services, we’re seeking a professional and detail-oriented Judicial Scrivener Partner to assist clients with the legal processes involved in acquiring properties. If you’re a licensed judicial scrivener who’s passionate about real estate and wants to work with a forward-thinking, international team, we’d love to connect with you!
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
As our Judicial Scrivener Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth, legal transactions for akiya buyers. Your responsibilities will include: 📜 Legal Documentation: Prepare, review, and process property-related documents such as registration, ownership transfers, and title deeds. 🤝 Client Support: Guide international and domestic buyers through the legal requirements of property ownership in Japan.
🌏 Bilingual Communication: Collaborate with clients and our team to ensure clear and accurate communication of legal terms and processes (Japanese & English).
📝 Compliance Expertise: Ensure all transactions adhere to Japanese property laws and regulations.
💼 Consultation: Provide expert advice on legal issues related to property purchases, inheritance, or other ownership matters.
Qualifications
Licensed Judicial Scrivener in Japan 📜.
Experience with real estate transactions, particularly rural properties or akiya, is a big plus!
Proficiency in Japanese (native or fluent) and English (intermediate or higher).
Strong attention to detail and knowledge of Japanese legal and property systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative, client-focused approach to work.
Interest in Japan’s rural revitalization and unique architectural heritage 🌸.
