Job Description
As our Back-End Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining the backbone of our website, ensuring seamless performance, data security, and the integration of innovative features like AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include: ⚙️ API Development & Integration: Build and maintain APIs to connect our front end with databases and third-party services.
📊 Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage databases to handle property listings, user data, and platform analytics.
🔒 Security First: Implement robust security measures to protect user data and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
🚀 Scalability: Build systems that can scale as our user base grows and new features are introduced.
🤖 AI Integration: Collaborate with the team to incorporate AI features that enhance the property search and recommendation experience.
🛠️ Bug Fixing & Maintenance: Proactively identify and resolve performance issues and technical bugs.
🌐 System Architecture: Design the overall system architecture, ensuring it’s efficient, reliable, and future-proof.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a back-end developer or similar role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, or Node.js.
Strong understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL, etc.) and their optimization.
Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure ☁️.
Knowledge of web security standards and best practices 🔒.
Ability to collaborate with front-end developers to deliver cohesive user experiences.
Bonus: Experience with AI/ML integration or building recommendation systems 🤖.
