As our Akiya Liaison Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients interested in buying akiya properties. You’ll guide them through the process, ensure seamless communication between clients and Japanese real estate agents, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include: 🤝 Client Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, answering questions and guiding them through the akiya purchasing process. 🌐 Liaison Support: Facilitate clear communication between clients and local real estate agents, including handling translation (if needed). 📄 Process Coordination: Assist clients with understanding the steps involved in buying akiya properties, from property selection to finalizing contracts. 📝 Documentation Support: Help clients navigate Japanese legal and real estate documents, ensuring they are fully informed and confident. 📈 Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with real estate agents, local municipalities, and other stakeholders to streamline the client experience. 💡 Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively and work creatively to meet client needs.

Experience in account management, customer service, or a similar client-facing role. Knowledge of Japanese real estate processes (bonus points for experience with akiya properties!). Strong communication skills in English (Japanese proficiency is highly preferred 🇯🇵). Cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to bridge gaps between international clients and Japanese agents. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously. Passion for Japanese culture, real estate, and helping others find their dream homes.
