Job Description
The Administrative & Virtual Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily operations, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. This person will handle a variety of tasks, from managing schedules and data entry to assisting with client inquiries and supporting real estate processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to work in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.
Key Responsibilities
📅 Manage Schedules & Communication – Coordinate meetings, respond to emails, and assist with client inquiries.
📝 Document & Data Management – Organize files, update records, and ensure accurate documentation of property listings and client interactions.
📢 Assist with Social Media & Marketing – Help schedule posts, draft content, and track engagement across platforms.
🏡 Support Real Estate Operations – Assist in coordinating with agents, clients, and partners to streamline property transactions.
📊 Research & Reporting – Conduct market research, compile reports, and track key business metrics.
💡 General Administrative Tasks – Anything from invoicing to travel planning and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or operations.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and other digital tools.
Ability to communicate professionally via email, phone, and chat.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Interest in Japanese real estate, culture, and rural revitalization is a plus!
(Bonus) Japanese language skills to assist with communications and translations 🇯🇵.
